GitHub Repository Not Showing Up

I have a private github repo with admin permissions given to our codebeat user and it will not appear when I go in and try to add it.

Some objc files are not processed

The longest .m files in our repo are not being processed. We're evaluating the tool, but not having our worst code reported undermines confidence.

I cannot see pull requests status settings for my project

I already have the webhook access granted, and the email notifcations for new commits on master is working properly, however pull requests status updates on github is not working.
